In this series of episodes, we have combined the practical sessions of Scientific Meditations, ensuring that you actively participate and experience the benefits.


Join us for these sessions on July 25th in the early morning from India and July 24th evening in the USA. Each session will last for 30 Minutes.


Take advantage of step-by-step mindfulness experiences like Leshya Dhyan, Kundalini, and Anurpreksha (Therapeutic Thinking)! These experiences concern meditation, personal growth, and development, especially reversing health challenges.


All episodes are continuous. Because each session is interconnected, you must attend all online classes for one week to fully benefit from this workshop. Your commitment to attending all sessions will ensure you get the most out of this workshop. This will be a very deep meditation experience! Follow all 11 steps to get maximum benefit. Do not take water or eat anything 30 minutes before, during, or after the meditation practice.


I will take a one-week workshop lecture, only practical exercises- where you will practice guided meditation using 11-step proven techniques based on Preksha Dhyan.

Scientific Meditation Bumble Bee Pranayam Bhramari Pranayam


Instructions to Practice Bumble Bee Pranayam (Bhramari Pranayam) 


1. Preparation: - Sit comfortably in a quiet place. - Close your eyes softly. 
2. Chanting the OM Mantra: - Start your meditation by chanting the powerful OM Mantra in the sound of a bumble bee. 
3. Method: - Inhale: Take a deep breath through your nose. - Exhale: While exhaling, pronounce the sounds "Aaa Raaa Haaa" followed by a long "Mmmmmmmmmm." - 

4. Repetition: - Repeat this process seven times. 
5. Focus: - As you practice, focus on feeling the vibration on top of your head. 
6. Next Steps: - After completing Bhramari Pranayam, proceed to the next step, relaxation (Kayotsarg) and other meditation steps, as explained in detail in this video
