Right Knowledge (Samyak Jnāna) is defined as "knowing the tattvas such as the jīvas (living beings) as they truly are (artha)." Jains believe that sentient beings can achieve perfect and complete knowledge of all things (omniscience). Those who have such knowledge are the enlightened Kevli.

Samyak Darshan (True Perception Or Right Faith), Samyak Gyan (Right Knowledge) and Samyak Charitra. (Right Conduct) constitute the path to liberation. These three are also known as “Ratnatraya” or “Three Jewels” of Jainism.
